Miranda Lambert has been known to let her emotions show while performing her hit, "The House That Built Me" during stops on her On Fire tour. However, Saturday night in Wichita, Kan., the songstress' tears may not have been tied directly to the tune. (Watch below.)

The Examiner.com reports that an hour prior to the performance, a tornado touched down as close as six miles from the venue. While the show did go on, arena officials did momentarily halt the concert in order to give fans necessary emergency procedures.

When the show resumed, the band started into "The House That Built Me." The Red Dirt Girl let attendees sing the song, as she was overcome with tears. While it isn't clear if she was touched by the moment or the weather, Miranda was able to regain her composure enough to sing various clips of her hit.

Miranda takes her On Fire tour, with Jerrod Niemann and Chris Young, to Green Bay, Wis., tonight (April 18), followed by Milwaukee, Wis., and Minneapolis, Minn., tomorrow (April 19) and Friday (April 20), respectively. Get a full list of dates here.
