During a Saturday night (July 18) concert in Cheyenne, Wyo., Miranda Lambert broke down while performing her song "The House That Built Me." While Lambert has cried while performing the emotional song before, now that her divorce from husband Blake Shelton is public knowledge, the moment seems particularly telling.

“I bet you know the song, so y’all sing it for me,” Lambert asks the crowd in a video released by TMZ (press play above to watch). "It starts with ‘Mama cut out pictures.' Can you do that for me?”

Lambert released "The House That Built Me" as the third single from her 2009 Revolution album. Shelton was supposed to record the song, but he let her have it instead. The tune became her fastest-rising single and her first No. 1; it went platinum and earned Lambert a Grammy Award and multiple ACM and CMA trophies.

Shelton and Lambert, who had been married for four years, announced their divorce on Monday (July 20).

“This is not the future we envisioned,” they say in a statement. “And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter.”
