Instagram Photo Confirms Miranda Lambert’s Relationship With Anderson East

With an Instagram photo, Miranda Lambert has confirmed her rumored relationship with fellow artist Anderson East.

On Friday night (Jan. 1), Lambert posted a shot of herself and East cuddling on a couch, captioned "The snuggle is real ..." East shared the picture on his own Instagram account as well.

East, 27, is an Americana/R&B/pop artist from Athens, Ala. Born Michael Cameron Anderson, he now lives in Nashville and released his major-label debut, Delilah, in July. East's stepfather, Randall Ennis, told In Touch Weekly earlier this week that his stepson and Lambert have been seeing each other "for a couple of weeks."

Lambert and now-ex-husband Blake Shelton announced their divorce in July, after four years of marriage. Both artists have been relatively quiet about the circumstances surrounding their split, but in a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, Lambert said simply, “Marriage is a tough business, and we gave it our best college try."

“I had a great relationship with an amazing man,” Lambert continues, “so I know what good is. I have a great launching pad for the future. I will never take that for granted.”

In November, Shelton was confirmed to be dating fellow The Voice coach Gwen Stefani.
