Jennifer Nettles got to perform another song during the 'CMA Country Christmas' on Monday night (Dec. 2). The singer performed a duet with R&B singer Mary J. Blige, who also sang earlier in the broadcast.

The two performed the holiday tune,  'Do You Hear What I Hear.' Blige included the song on her new Christmas album, 'A Mary Christmas,' with English singer Jessie J as her duet partner. Blige and Nettles seemed to draw energy from each other, with their voices blending in perfect harmony. In one of the most reverent performances of the evening, the two women kept their eyes mostly on each other, caught up in the emotion of the song.

This was not Nettles first chance to share a stage with Blige. They both performed together at the Christmas in Washington gala in 2009. They also both appeared on the Lilith Fair line-up that same year.
