Maddie & Tae Show Off Fans’ Big Catches in ‘Shut Up and Fish’ Lyric Video

Maddie & Tae let their fans -- and some pretty big fish! -- take the spotlight in their new "Shut Up and Fish" lyric video.

"Shut Up and Fish," which the pair co-wrote, is off of Maddie & Tae's debut album, Start Here. It's an upbeat tune that tells the story of a fishing trip with a new man ... who has more than fishing on his mind. The song's lyric video shows off the tune's lyrics on scrapbook pages that are littered with photos of Maddie Marlow and Tae Dye's fans showing off their latest catches -- and the only kissing that goes down is between the fishermen and their catches!

Marlow and Dye recently won their first-ever CMA Award, for Music Video of the Year, for their debut single, “Girl in a Country Song.”

“It’s still an unbelievable feeling, even though it wasn’t on the show,” Dye says. “... It’s just amazing that all of our hard work has been recognized, especially with this music video, because “Girl in a Country Song” was our first single. And so, for people to recognize our message and how bold our message is and to be so accepting is unbelievable.”
