The first winner for the fourth annual American Country Awards on Tuesday night (Dec. 10) has been crowned! Luke Bryan is the ACA winner for Male Country Music Artist of the Year.

"Thank you so much," he said after receiving his custom-made Fender guitar. "Country music fans, thank you so much for voting, and making amazing nights like this happen to me. I love you. It's been the most amazing year of my life. It started amazing, and it's ending amazingly.

"I want to thank you, my love, Caroline. Thank you for being there," Bryan continued, pointing to his wife. "Fans and everybody, we've had an amazing year out on the road. The Dirt Road Diaries tour was unbelievable. All my record label, all of my managers, my bus drivers, my band, my mamas and my cousins ... It's an honor, and I'm so blessed to do this for a living, because I get to walk out on stage and see people smile at music, at country music. Thank you so much, God, for making an amazing year for me."

Earlier in the evening, Bryan was also crowned the ACA winner for Touring Artist of the Year. This brings his total ACA wins to 11, which is the highest number for a male artist.
