The first round of performers for the 2018 CMA Awards has officially been announced, and the lineup features some of country music's hottest stars. According to an Instagram announcement, this year's ceremony will feature performances from Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Dan + Shay, Old Dominion, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban.

The newly announced performance schedule will make for a busy evening for some of the country artists scheduled to appear onstage, as many of them are also nominated to win awards during the ceremony as well. Chesney, Urban and Bryan are all up for Entertainer of the Year in 2018, along with several other nods between the three artists. Ballerini also netted a nomination for Female Vocalist of the Year, Old Dominion is in the running for Vocal Group of the Year, and Dan + Shay notched nominations for Vocal Duo of the Year, Single of the Year and Music Video of the Year. Along with performing, Underwood is also scheduled to co-host the event with Brad Paisley, following 10 consecutive years in that role.

More performing artists will be added to the official CMAs lineup in the coming weeks as the country music community prepares for the special event. The 2018 CMA Awards are scheduled to air on ABC on Nov. 14, at 8PM ET; the ceremony will take place live at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
