Luke Bryan's first-ever Farm Tour EP, Farm Tour...Here's to the Farmer has a release date, and it will hit the streets just before his eighth annual farm trek.

While co-hosting NBC's Today on Monday (June 20), Bryan announced that Farm Tour...Here's to the Farmer will be released Sept. 23.

Filled with all new music, Bryan's new record features him on the cover with a blue sky and green grass in the background.

The album debuts just before his eight-show Bayer Presents Luke Bryan Farm Tour 2016 which kicks off Oct. 5 and runs through Oct. 15.

Fans who purchase tickets to the farm tour will receive a code for a digital copy of Farm Tour...Here's to the Farmer. Tickets for Bryan's fan club the Nut House, and Citi® cardholders, will go on sale Tuesday (June 21) at 10AM local time. The public ticket sale will begin on Friday, June 24.

Last year, Bryan's farm tour was attended by 110,000 fans during the eight-city run.

Fans who have been to his farm tours previously know that a portion of the ticket proceeds go toward local college scholarships (Luke Bryan Farm Tour Scholarship), and Bryan and Bayer make a presentation to a local farmer onstage in each tour stop. The scholarships go to students from a farming family or a student majoring in agriculture within the communities the tour plays.
