Zac Brown may not be a fan of Luke Bryan’s latest music, but country music fans disagree. Just six weeks after Bryan’s ‘Crash My Party’ was released, the album has been certified Platinum by the RIAA.

‘Crash My Party’ released with a bang, debuting at No. 1 on the country sales charts as well as the BIllboard 200. It was the biggest debut for a male country artist since Tim McGraw’s ‘Like Like You Were Dying’ release in 2004. The album’s debut was also the third highest across all genres this year.

The big debut numbers are still holding strong as Bryan releases singles --  the latest, ‘That’s My Kind of Night,’ has been sitting in the No. 1 selling country spot for the past six weeks.

Bryan is now a bona fide country superstar, and he’s hitting the road to celebrate. His fifth annual Farm Tour kicked off Wednesday (Oct. 2), and will keep him busy with eight shows in ten days. He is also up for three awards at this year’s CMAs, including Entertainer of the Year (a title he currently holds), Male Vocalist and Musical Event of the Year.
