Little Big Town took over the stage at the 2018 Grammy Awards to perform their song "Better Man." Readers can press play above to watch the country quartet's performance.

Introduced by Jim Gaffigan, Little Big Town launched into their hit song against a backdrop of New York City. If there was a little something extra behind their performance, it might have been because "Better Man" just received the Grammys trophy for Best Country Duo / Group Performance before the televised ceremony.

While it's the country quartet and their rich harmonies that made the song so well-known, LBT say the credit for the song's success really belongs to its writer: Taylor Swift.

"I think that song just shows what an amazing writer [she is]," Jimi Westbrook says. "Beyond the unbelievable pop star that she is, it all comes back down to [her being] just an amazing writer, and we feel privileged to cut that song. It’s a beautiful song, and I think it’s a lyric that everybody can identify with."

Little Big Town are also nominated for Best Country Album, for The Breaker, at the 2018 Grammy Awards.
