Lee Brice has released the video for his latest single, "That Don't Sound Like You." The song is the third single from his 2014 I Don't Dance album.

Brice co-wrote the song with hitmakers Ashley Gorley and Rhett Akins. The clip was directed by Ryan Smith and filmed near Virginia Beach, Va., in early June.

In the video, Brice croons, "You always sounded like truck tires on a gravel road / Laughing at the world, blasting my radio / Cannonballs flashing in the water / Doing whatever whenever you wanted / What did he do? / ‘Cause you don’t sound like you anymore," while singing by a pier on a beach, as images of the woman he's singing about flash on the screen.

The South Carolina native says that "That Don't Sound Like You" is one of several songs on I Don't Dance that show his growth as an artist.

“The thing about that record that kind of pointed me in the direction was I just loved hearing all the classic sounds that you knew he grew up hearing — very classic, vintage sounds but with obviously a very hip and a very new approach to music and his own thing,” Brice says. “I love the mixing of those worlds. I just really wanted to try to be true to what I was raised hearing — those vintage, cool sounds — and then also the modern stuff …”

Brice has plenty of concert dates on his calendar for this summer. See a full list of upcoming shows on his website.
