Lee Brice briefly derailed Miranda Lambert's victory train at the 2015 ACM Awards when his smash hit "I Don't Dance" captured the award for Single Record of the Year.

Brice took the moment to express his gratitude to his life partner for her role in his success.

"I've just gotta say thank you to my wife for inspiring a song for our first dance for our wedding. Sara, thank you so much for being so amazing all the time and letting me do what I love and taking care of our children," Brice said. "This is insane. Thank y'all so much!"

"I Don't Dance" beat out Kenny Chesney's "American Kids," Lambert's "Automatic," Florida Georgia Line's "Dirt" and Dierks Bentley's "Drunk on a Plane" to win the award. Just a year ago, Brice's "I Drive Your Truck" won the ACM honor for Song of the Year.
