It's been a big month for country music, with several artists receiving gold and platinum certifications for download and sales of singles and albums.

Lady Antebellum are currently celebrating several career milestones, scoring their fifth No. 1 hit with their latest single 'Just a Kiss,' which simultaneously climbed to the top of Billboard's Country Singles chart and also earned certified platinum status, with over one million downloads. The Grammy-winning group's 2009 single 'Need You Now' has also officially gone quintuple-platinum, with over five million digital downloads sold.

On Monday (August 15), it was also announced that Zac Brown Band's album 'You Get What You Give' and Rascal Flatts 'Nothing Like This' have also received platinum certifications.

Additionally, Chris Young's album 'The Man I Want to Be' has gone gold, with gold certifications also awarded to Easton Corbin's single 'A Little More Country Than That,' the Eli Young Band's 'Crazy Girl' and Jake Owen's singles 'Eight Second Ride' and 'Barefoot Blue Jean Night.'
