Lady Antebellum Perform ‘Compass’ During 2013 CMA Awards [Video]

CMA viewers were treated to a live performance of Lady Antebellum's folksy new single 'Compass' during the 2013 awards broadcast Wednesday night (Nov. 6).

Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley, and Dave Haywood sang the optimistic track, while a video screen behind the band displayed a compass during the performance. The song's emphasis on banjo and fiddle may be a change of pace for the trio, but it was a great move, if the audience reaction was any indication. The crowd clapped along and joined in on the anthemic "Never be alone / Oh-oh-oh / Hey" hook.

'Compass' appears on the upcoming deluxe edition of Lady A's new album, 'Golden.'

The group scored two nominations for this year's CMA Awards, including Vocal Duo of the Year.
