Kenny Chesney and Eric Church Sing ‘Living in Fast Forward’ Together in Philadelphia [WATCH]

Eric Church and Kenny Chesney played a joint stadium show at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field on Saturday (July 11), but the crowd didn't only get to see each star's individual show. The two artists also shared the stage for two songs during Chesney's set.

Church is joining Chesney for five of his 2015 The Big Revival Tour stadium dates, which has been a win-win for both artists.

“There is something about the way Eric connects with my audience that left me feeling like he made the No Shoes Nation Tour something special!" Chesney boasts, recalling his 2013 trek, which also featured Church as a co-headliner on select dates. "He attacks the stage with so much force — and his songs really speak to the people who’re fighting the fight to get by — and I love that about what he does onstage.”

Adds Church, "[Chesney]’s an artist that isn’t afraid to let you come full blast and do what you do. It’s rare you get to tour with someone you respect and you are friends with."

Saturday night's show in Philadelphia broke a venue record (which happened to also be held by Chesney): 55,131 tickets were sold for the concert, making it the largest single-night country show ever at Lincoln Financial Field.

“The folks in Philly really brought it,” Chesney says. “When I heard the crowd before we got out on stage, when the pre-tape is rolling, you knewfriends were made, fun was had — and the reason they’d come out was more than met. After all these years, that’s everything about why I do this.”

Chesney’s 2015 The Big Revival Tour continues this week with a show in Lincoln, Neb., followed by two back-to-back shows in Minneapolis, with Jason Aldean, Brantley Gilbert, Cole Swindell and Old Dominion each serving as the opening acts. A full list of dates is available at KennyChesney.com.
