On Thursday, when Justin Moore's family goes around the table saying what they're thankful for, the country star might need a few minutes to make it through his list.

This morning (Nov. 21) at 7:59 AM, Justin and his wife, Kate, welcomed their second daughter, Kennedy Faye Moore.

"Faye was my grandmother's name, who passed away a couple of years ago, so we thought it would be a great way to remember her," the 'Bait a Hook' singer explains. "And, we both just liked Kennedy."

The 7lb bundle arrives at the end of what has been a spectacular year for Justin, whose sophomore album, 'Outlaws Like Me,' topped the Billboard Country Albums chart and spawned the No. 1 single, 'If Heaven Wasn't So Far Away.'

"We're so excited," Justin told The Boot earlier this month. "The holiday season is going to be great -- babies everywhere! Having my second daughter around Thanksgiving will make the holiday more special than it already is."

The holidays will be a period of adjustment for the couple's first child, 21-month-old Ella Kole, who Justin said didn't quite grasp the concept of having a baby sister.

"She'll walk up to my wife and point to her stomach and say 'baby!'" he told The Boot. "She's the ruler of the roost right now -- and always the center of attention. So I can see her being a little bit jealous, but also taking on the role of a protective older sister."

While Justin is slated to go on tour with Blake Shelton in January, he's off until then, and he looks forward to using the break to get to know his new daughter.

"Last time, being on the road, I was in and out [of town] all the time," he said. "This time, we're doing it right. I'm glad I get to be home."
