Justin Moore, Tour Bus Crash: Singer Not On Board During Fatal Accident

Justin Moore dodged a major bullet this weekend, CMT reports, as his tour bus was involved in a fatal two-car accident near Mattoon, Ill. The crash -- which involved another car hitting the back of the bus -- took place at around 6AM on Saturday (May 12), and while the "Til My Last Day" singer wasn't on board, his band and crew were.

They escaped without injury, but sadly, 48-year-old Joseph Taylor, the driver of the other car, was struck and killed by a third vehicle after stepping out to survey the damage.

"Thankful my band and crew guys are all good," Justin tweeted. "They got hit by a car this morning in their bus. Prayers go out to the guy who lost his life."

"And his family," he wrote in a follow-up tweet. "You never know man. You have to be prepared to meet God today, 'cause it may be your last."
