Julianne Hough has a lithe, lean, dancer's body, but the gorgeous young blonde reveals that even she has to watch what she eats. Although, she is prone to the occasional cheat, just like everyone else!

"Growing up, I could eat anything. But the minute I hit 22, I stopped dancing and kept eating whatever I wanted, and I gained weight," Julianne tells Women's Health magazine (as reported by USAToday.com.) "Then I started reading comments in blogs. That freaks you out, and you get caught up in it. But if I deprive myself, I end up binge eating. I didn't want to do that. Now if I want something, I'll have it and I won't feel guilty. Then the next day, I won't crave it. It's what you want to feel on the inside, not necessarily what you want to look like on the outside."

The former 'Dancing With the Stars' pro is also watching what she puts in her body these days. "I'm starting to be more passionate about eating natural foods," she says. "I don't want to have kids anytime soon, but when I do I want my body to be healthy."

Julianne also admits it's tough constantly being in the public eye. The paparazzi caught her letting loose during her recent vacation in Mexico with beau Ryan Seacrest.

"I was thinking, 'Oh crap, maybe I should've sucked in a little,' Julianne tells the mag in regards to the pics taken of the two on the beach. "They were photographing us from a boat, and it was the first time I've gotten upset, like, 'I can't just lay out and stuff my face?' It really messes with you."

Though she's not dancing as much these days, Julianne still follows the competition. While she is fond of all the celebrities she worked with on the show, her first will always have a special place in her heart.

"I got three 10s [scores] for the first time, got to do the Pasa Doble for the first time, and just experience everything for the first time, so Apolo [Anton Ohno] was definitely my favorite," she explains. "There are so many people that could be great on 'Dancing With the Stars.' Justin Timberlake would not be a bad dancing partner!"

Julianne may be back on the small screen soon, if she lands a new gig on Simon Cowell's new TV talent competition, 'The X Factor.' She recently auditioned for a judge spot on the new show, according to Digitalspy.com. The show is slated to being airing in September.
