An all-star tribute to Johnny Cash just got even more star power. Organizers of the upcoming "We Walk The Line: A Celebration of the Music of Johnny Cash" concert confirm exclusively with The Boot that Willie Nelson and Sheryl Crow will join the lineup for the April 20 show in Austin, Texas.

The Redheaded Stranger and the country-rock powerhouse join previously-announced performers Kenny Chesney, Kris Kristofferson, Lucinda Williams, Shooter Jennings, Ray LaMontagne, Jamey Johnson, Chris Cornell, John Hiatt, Ronnie Dunn, Carolina Chocolate Drops and Amy Lee. The concert celebrating the life and legend of the Man in Black will take place at the Austin City Limits Live venue's Moody Theatre, with tickets already on sale here or by calling 877-4-FLYTIX.

Each artist on the concert lineup will be backed by a band lead by famed producer and musician Don Was. Americana legend Buddy Miller is also included in the house band, along with Kenny Aronoff, Ian McLagen and Greg Leisz. Don Was, who worked with Johnny, Willie and Kris Kristofferson on an album for the Highwaymen, will also serve as musical director.

"Having had the privilege of working with Johnny Cash on a Highwaymen project in 1995, I was able to experience firsthand the incredible spirit and musical gift that lived within Johnny," says Was. "We have an all-star line-up of incredible talent performing the songs that made Johnny a legend including fellow Highwaymen Kris and Willie. It will be an incredible evening of music of special combinations, duets and jams."

Part of the ticket proceeds from the Austin show will be donated to Charley's Fund, which helps in the fight against the fatal children's disease, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
