Jerrod Niemann shows his sentimental side in the "Only God Could Love You More" video, making its debut today (Feb. 26). Just listening to the track, you may assume it's a romantic love song -- perhaps words the charismatic singer-songwriter would say to the object of his affection. But the video, directed by Eric Welch and produced by Karen Martin, proves that the gorgeous ballad applies to different kinds of love. It follows three very different storylines, but all with the central theme of unconditional, powerful love. (And all could very well make you cry, so grab a tissue before watching the video below!)

"Everyone who has heard the album, this is always the song they bring up," Jerrod says. "We didn't put any harmonies on it and used my original tracking vocal. 'Lover, Lover' (his 2010 breakthrough single) had a bunch of harmony parts, so I thought it'd be a nice change to have zero here, especially with the French horns and the other orchestral things we have going on."

"Only God Could Love You More" is the second single from Jerrod's stellar sophomore album, Free the Music. The Kansas native co-wrote the tune with buddies Jon Stone and Lee Brice.
