Jason Aldean and Kid Rock are fan-favorite country stars individually, so when you put them together? Apparently, the demand is overwhelming. The two artists have added a second stop at Boston's Fenway Park, following a quick sellout for Night No. 1.

Aldean and Rock are now scheduled to play in Boston on Sept. 10, in addition to the originally announced Sept. 9 date. The first show sold out in under 90 minutes. Tickets for the new date will be available on May 13 at 10AM ET, through JasonAldean.com and LiveNation.com.

The duo's Fenway Park shows are part of Aldean's 2016 Six Strings Circus Tour; Rock is a special guest for the Boston shows. The trek also features Thomas Rhett, A Thousand Horses and Dee Jay Silver as supporting acts.

“I’m looking forward to Kid Rock meeting up with us in Boston," Aldean says. "We’ve played each other’s shows and been friends for a while, so actually getting to do ... somewhere as iconic as Fenway Park is going to be a huge."

Aldean's tour is scheduled to launch on May 19 in Rogers, Ark., and run through Oct. 1, stopping at amphitheaters and stadiums across the United States along the way. The country star is the newly crowned ACM Awards Entertainer of the Year and is currently promoting a new single, "Lights Come On," from his upcoming seventh studio album.

Rock, meanwhile, is scheduled to perform at a handful of festivals this summer, including the Taste of Country Music Festival, WE Fest and Country on the River.
