The Infamous Stringdusters often pull out some covers during their live shows, and the band recently released an EP featuring a few fan favorites.

Undercover, released in October through High Country Recordings, features five cover songs: everything from Pink Floyd's "Fearless" to Johnny Cash's "Big River" and more. A full track listing is available below.

The Stringdusters' newest release follows five studio albums from the Colorado-based, Grammy-nominated band. After spending their summer on the road, they wanted to deliver something new to their fans.

"We had a great summer touring and wanted to get right into the studio," says Stringdusters' member Andy Hall. "But we didn't want to get into a cycle of tour-write-record-tour, so we sat down to capture some of the energy of songs that get the biggest reaction live."

Adds guitarist Andy Falco, "It was organic. We didn't have an agenda. If we didn't nail it after three takes, we moved on to another song. I think you can hear and feel the relaxed atmosphere in the music."

In addition to that "three takes or we're done" mentality, Undercover was recorded live.

The EP can is available for purchase through iTunes. More information about the Infamous Stringdusters, including tour dates, can be found on their website.
