Although the ice bucket challenge video craze seems to be dying down, a few more country stars have thrown their videos into the pot to help keep momentum going for ALS awareness.

Kenny Rogers was challenged by Lionel Richie. Rogers wasn't planning to dump ice on his head, but he did say he'd be sending a check for $1,000 and nominated Dolly Parton, Garth Brooks and Steve Doocy of Fox News to do the same. See Brooks' video here.

"As much as I love this foundation, I'd rather send money because I personally don't like cold water -- I don't even drink cold water," he says in the video above.

But Rogers was in for a surprise when his twins Justin and Jordan took the challenge over and jumped in the frame to dump a bucket of ice water over the singer's head.

Martina McBride passed the challenge along to her husband and sound engineer, John McBride, producer Don Was, Dave Stewart and Train lead singer Pat Monahan.

Vince Gill challenged PGA golfer Tom Watson.

Kelly Clarkson was joined by husband Brandon Blackstock to complete the challenge. The couple nominated Brian and Val Pittman, Alyssa and Sean Watson, Ashley Arrison and Aben Eubanks, Joe and Christina West, and Clarkson's manager and father-in-law Narvel Blackstock to go next.

Scotty McCreery, who kicked the trend off, took the challenge again, but with a twist, filling up the bed of his Ford F-150 truck with 23 bags of ice and water.
