Hunter Hayes has announced the cities and dates for a headlining winter tour.

The singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist revealed his plans for the Tattoo (Your Name) Tour during an appearance on 'The Today Show' Friday morning (Aug. 22). The trek kicks off Oct. 30 in University Park, Penn., and runs through 15 dates before wrapping up in Canada in mid-December.

Hayes' Warner Music Nashville labelmates Dan + Shay and the Railers will join him as support acts for the tour, presented by AEG Live/The Messina Group.

Hayes surprised fans at the TV appearance with a brand-new henna tattoo sleeve featuring emblems from each city on the upcoming tour, and three henna artists worked the studio audience, inking fans with the tour logo. Viewers at home got the first look at localized commercials for the tour, which are synced up with the Shazam music service.

The young star also performed three songs; 'I Want Crazy,' 'Invisible' and his current single, 'Tattoo,' from his most recent album, 'Storyline.'

Hayes says he's taking a new approach to the upcoming shows.

“This tour is definitely going to be different than anything we’ve ever done before … and maybe anyone has ever done," he says. "It's a lot of firsts not only for us, but even for the fans who have seen our show before.”

He adds, "Every tour is all about the fans, but this one proves it. Not only are they going to be part of the show, they are the show … You’ll see what I mean!"

American Express card members will gain exclusive early access to tickets for select shows on the tour. More information is available here.
