Grace & Tony Greenroom Sessions: ‘Summer Nights’ (Feat. Fireworks Over London)

It's the season for fireworks, so it seems appropriate that Nashville rockers Fireworks Over London are the special guest for July's first Grace & Tony Greenroom Sessions video.

The song, 'Summer Nights,' is a Fireworks Over London original, and Tony says it's "been mine and Grace's favorite song for quite some time now." However, the husband-and-wife duo lend their lend their bluegrass sensibilities to this cover and create a version that's very much their own.

"[It was] so awesome to get to perform it with the guys who wrote it," Tony tells The Boot. "[It was] our first time to see the FOL guys perform acoustically, and they were incredible."

Of the band's five members, vocalist/guitarist Daniel Kennedy and lead guitarist Travis Passons are the two in this video -- but a third, synth player/guitarist/vocalist Kyle Kelly, is the man behind the camera.

"The High Watt [in Nashville] looked great that day with the window lighting," Tony says, "and Kyle grabbed a beautiful shot."
