Country icon Glen Campbell's documentary will soon touch the lives of many more individuals, as Glen Campbell ... I'll Be Me is set to air on CNN.

The film is set to debut on CNN in June, with an encore presentation scheduled for November. Glen Campbell ... I'll Be Me documents Campbell's struggle with Alzheimer's disease and his final tour, and features stories from fellow country artists and celebrities like Blake SheltonSheryl CrowKeith UrbanBrad PaisleyTaylor SwiftVince GillSteve MartinBruce Springsteen, Bill Clinton, the Edge from U2, Paul McCartney, Jimmy Webb and Jay Leno. It's heartbreaking, vulnerable and personal, chronicling Campbell's life on and off stage as his illness progresses and showcasing key highlights in his life.

"We look forward to having the Campbell's brave story -- unfortunately familiar to too many American families -- on CNN," says the documentary's producer Trevor Albert. "This partnership will guarantee that millions of people will have the opportunity to see our movie and understand just how important it is to both raise awareness -- and find an end -- to Alzheimer's disease."

Glen Campbell ... I'll Be Me also features the Oscar-nominated and Grammy-winning song "I'm Not Gonna Miss You." Campbell released a tear-wrenching music video for the tune in October, and Tim McGraw recently performed it at the 2015 Academy Awards.

Exact air dates for the documentary have not yet been set.
