George Strait's Las Vegas residency continues to grow: The country icon has added two 2017 dates to his string of shows.

Strait will perform at the Las Vegas Arena on Feb. 17 and 18, 2017. Tickets for these two new shows will go on sale to the general public on Nov. 6 at 10AM PT, with a pre-sale beginning on Oct. 30 at 10AM PT. More information is available at StraitToVegas.com.

“I’ve missed stepping on stage and playing that first note ... hearing the crowd sing in unison ... there’s just nothing like it,” Strait says in a press release. “I’d be lying if I said it didn’t feel good to know that the fans have missed me, too.”

In late September, Strait announced his return to the stage with six shows in Sin City: April 22, April 23, Sept. 9, Sept. 10, Dec. 2 and Dec. 3, 2016. All of the concerts sold out shortly after going on sale. Kacey Musgraves is scheduled to join Strait at his 2016 dates, but there is no word on if she will also be at his 2017 concerts.

Strait surprised fans by releasing a brand-new album, Cold Beer Conversation, in late September. The project features 13 tracks; the album’s title track has been released as the record’s first single.
