Martina McBride had the honor of introducing Artist of the Decade George Strait to perform at the 2014 ACM Awards.

"I've been given a great honor this year," she said. "The chance to tour with George on the Cowboy Rides Away Tour. And now I've been given another honor. I get to bring him on stage tonight."

Strait, who has sold more than 68 million records, and is the only artist in the history of music to have a Top 10 hit every year for the last 30 years, performed his latest single, 'I Got a Car,' from his 'Love is Everything' album.  He reminded everyone, once again, why he has had such an illustrious career, effortlessly singing each line of the song, looking perfectly relaxed signing in front of millions of loyal fans.

Strait is nominated for the night's biggest honor, Entertainer of the Year. He will return to the stage later in the evening to perform a duet with Miranda Lambert, in honor of Merle Haggard's reception of the ACM Crystal Milestone Award.
