Garth Brooks has never before headlined a concert in New Orleans, but that's about to change.

The country legend has added four shows in New Orleans to his World Tour. Brooks, along with his wife Trisha Yearwood, will play the city's Smoothie King Center on July 10 at 7PM; July 11 at 7PM and 10:30PM; and July 12 at 7:30PM. These dates will be Brooks' first concerts in Louisiana in 18 years.

Tickets for the New Orleans tour stops will go on sale on June 5 at 10AM CT; a limit of eight tickets per purchase will be in effect. Tickets will cost $66.73, plus a $2 facility fee and a $6.25 service charge, for a total of $74.98. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster.com or by phone at 1-866-448-7849 or 1-800-745-3000.

Brooks has been on his World Tour since last September, when he kicked things off in Chicago, and has been setting ticket sales records in city after city.

“For me, I don’t care about the dollar bill bottom line, I care about the memories of, did I have fun there? Did we get to do stuff as a crew there, as a band there?” Brooks says of selecting cities for the tour. “You betcha, we’re going back to all the fun places.”

Upcoming stops on Brooks' World Tour include Knoxville, Tenn.; Tampa, Fla.; Birmingham, Ala.; and Houston, Texas. A complete list of dates is available here.
