Just days after wrapping his series of one-man solo shows in Las Vegas, Garth Brooks has announced plans to return to the same venue with his full band.

The country superstar has announced an exclusive run of performances that will take place on January 3-4, 2014 in the Encore Theater at the Wynn Las Vegas. Tickets to four shows titled 'Garth Brooks: The Man, His Band and His Music' will go on sale to the public on Friday (Dec. 6).

“I’ve been itching for the chance to bring my band to Vegas to play this room,” Brooks says in a press release. “I can’t wait. Steve Wynn told me I could use the theater anytime. I asked him when I could start and his response was, ‘How about New Year’s Eve?’”

Brooks' solo shows included many cover songs from his musical influences. That was the focus of a top-rated TV special on Black Friday that drew an audience of 8.7 million viewers, and his just-released box set includes many of those songs. But his newly-announced full-band shows will draw from Brooks' own body of hit songs, which have made him the top-selling solo artist in US history.

Though rumors continue to swirl about a full-blown Garth Brooks tour in 2014, the superstar has neither confirmed nor denied any plans for next year.

“I don’t know if this will happen again,” he says of the upcoming gigs. “So, I am taking Mr. Wynn up on his offer. Will there be something else down the road? Who knows! I’m just going to enjoy getting to turn it up in Las Vegas and play with the band again."

Tickets go on sale Friday, Dec. 6 at 10AM PST for $200 per ticket (not inclusive of taxes and fees) at www.wynnlasvegas.com, www.ticketmaster.com, or by phone at 702-770-1000 or 800-745-3000.
