In addition to Florida Georgia Line, Sam Hunt will be performing during the 2017 Billboard Music Awards. Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Nicki Minaj, Camila Cabello, Celine Dion, Drake, Imagine Dragons, Lorde and more are also scheduled to take the stage throughout the awards ceremony.

Florida Georgia Line are nominated for five trophies at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards: Top Duo / Group, Top Country Artist, Top Country Album, Top Country Song and Top Country Collaboration. Other nominated country acts include Luke Bryan (the all-genre Billboard Chart Achievement Award, Top Country Tour), Chris Stapleton (Top Country Artist, Top Country Album) and Little Big Town (Top Country Song), among others.

Nominees for the 2017 Billboard Music Awards were selected based on “key fan interactions with music” between March 18, 2016, and March 16, 2017. Those metrics include album and digital songs sales, streaming, radio airplay, touring and engagement on social media, all of which are tracked by Billboard, Nielsen Music and Next Big Sound.

The 2017 Billboard Music Awards are scheduled to take place on May 21 and air on ABC beginning at 8PM ET.
