Willie Nelson's annual Farm Aid concert will be held this Saturday in Mansfield, Mass., featuring performances by a host of country and rock stars. Kenny Chesney, John Mellencamp, Jerry Lee Lewis, Dave Matthews, Neil Young, Jamey Johnson and Steve Earleare just a few of the musicians lending their voices to the concert, which raises money for struggling American farmers.WZLX on AOL Radio will be broadcasting live from the concert.
