The Eli Young Band are hitting the road for their own headlining tour. The band, who have spent the summer opening for Kenny Chesney on his No Shoes Nation tour, will kick off their  2013 Drunk Last Night tour on Oct. 3 in Kansas City, Mo.

"The Chesney tour was an incredible experience and a really good time! Now its time to go out and do what we do best once again,” lead singer Mike Eli says. “It'll be nice to blow the dust off of some of the old stuff!"

The 'Drunk Last Night' singers invited Eric Paslay, who co-wrote their No. 1 hit, 'Even If It Breaks Your Heart,' to serve as their opening act on the cross-country trek.

“Eric is a great guy to have out on the road and his music fits in perfectly with ours,” bass guitarist Jon Jones explains. “He has always found a way to win over crowds when we have had him out in the past, and it doesn’t hurt that he is one of the best songwriters in Nashville. It’s going to be a fun party!”
