Drew Baldridge Shares Lyric Video for ‘Love on Your Body’

Drew Baldridge has shared a new lyric video for his song "Love on Your Body," which appears on his Dance With Ya EP and will also be on his upcoming new album.

The "Love on Your Body" lyric video features the song's lyrics mixed into romantic scenes -- from candles floating in a tub to white rose petals spread in a path to a bedroom -- playing out as Baldridge croons about a special girl that everyone wants.

"Headband / Looking all hippie chick / Cold can / On the house you get / All the guys / All the time / Asking what you doing tonight / From the DJ to the bouncer outside," he sings before breaking into the chorus: "Everybody wanna get your number / See you callin' at 2AM / Wanna crawl underneath your covers / And cover you in fingerprints / Everybody wanna be with you / And I'm the man, I'm the man that gets to."

Baldridge just released Dance With Ya in January, but he's already announced plans to release a full-length album this summer. The project, Dirt on Us, is set for release on June 10 and features all five of the tracks off of the EP, plus additional songs. The up-and-coming singer co-wrote 11 of the 13 tracks on the upcoming album, including "Love on Your Body."

“I love being able to be a part of every song on my project,” Baldridge tells The Boot. “… I love being able to single something I know is true to me, and I feel like I can give it a really good, real interpretation of what I’m singing if I’m the one that wrote it.”
