Drake White has released a music video for his song "Livin' the Dream." The clip features a personal touch -- and comes from a unique perspective.

Directed by PR Brown, the "Livin' the Dream" clip was shot from the perspective of someone very important to White: his dog, Writer. Through the pup's eyes, viewers see life for White and his wife, Alex, in what feels like an especially intimate way.

“I loved being able to spend the day with my partners in crime -- Alex and Writer,” White says in a press release. “We love spending time together outdoors, so I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect shoot or example of "Livin’ the Dream.""

Throughout the "Livin' the Dream" video, fans will see White and his wife dancing in a grassy clearing, playing fetch with Writer and enjoying a relaxing drive. Shots of the singer playing with his band on the front porch are interspersed as well. Press play above to watch.

During the summer of 2016, White will be opening for Zac Brown Band on their Black Out the Sun Tour. He also wants to, in his words "be quiet."

“Meaning, if I want to go and play a show and sing this setlist or do this thing, what am I trying to accomplish with this setlist? What am I trying to accomplish with this chord or this lyric? Just think a little bit more about what I’m trying to do and really have a goal set in mind," White tells The Boot. "[I want to] learn my wife a little bit better and love on her. Where that’ll go, that’s one of my top priorities. That is my top priority.”
