Drake White has released the lyric video for his latest single, "It Feels Good." The bluesy song is his first release after signing to Dot Records last year.

In the clip, the lyrics to "It Feels Good," -- "Well, I bought a scratch-off ticket / Well, the winning kind / When I saw those lucky sevens in that checkout line / I got a 12-pack big sack carton of smokes / Now I'm dancing like I just saw the holy ghost" -- are splashed across the screen, often painted across various shots of maps, which are significant to the singer-songwriter.

“I got a thing for maps,” White tells Taste of Country. “I like direction, and I like the concept of knowing where you’re going and being decisive.”

The Alabama native has already filmed the full video for "It Feels Good," traveling to Slidell, La., to capture a specific look and feel.

“Down there in the bayou with a lot of real people,” he says. “It’s real folks having a crawfish boil. It feels good. It’s a closeup of what a weekend looks like in my life.”

There is no word yet as to when White's freshman album will be released. He is spending much of the next few months on the road, including a series of shows in Georgia. All of White's upcoming concerts are listed on his website.
