Darryl Worley Admits Brawling With Trace Adkins
Are Darryl Worley and Trace Adkins future Ultimate Fighting champs? Maybe not, but they apparently got some practice in during their 2002 tour together. Worley reports that the two once got into a bit of a brawl, and in the process, managed to trash a California hotel room.
"We locked horns pretty good," Worley told MusicCity TV of the dust-up that took place during the Big Men of Country: Size Matters tour. "We're just having a big ol' party, ya know. We're two Alphas, man! It was one of those tests of will and strength."
Assessing the damage the pair had done to the hotel room, two tour managers soon intervened.
"[They] came in and started begging: 'Please guys, we've already got enough damage here,'" Worley said. "So we quit."
Worley said the two vowed they would never fight again.
