Darius Rucker Readies Christmas Album Featuring Sheryl Crow

Darius Rucker is going to help fans get in the holiday spirit. The singer has announced plans to release a Christmas album, 'Home for the Holidays,' which will include a special guest appearance by his fellow rocker-turned-country-star Sheryl Crow.

“I am so excited to finally make a Christmas album," Rucker says (quote via ABC News Radio). "This has been a lifelong dream, and I hope my fans enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed making it.”

This will be the South Carolina native's first collection of holiday hits. He previously recorded a version of 'Winter Wonderland' for the 'Country for Christmas' album, as well as 'Candy Cane Christmas' for the 'Now That's What I Call Christmas! 4' album, both in 2009.
