For the third year in a row, Darius Rucker will host his Darius and Friends celebrity golf tournament and concert, to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The event, set for June 4 at downtown Nashville's Wildhorse Saloon, will serve as the unofficial kick-off to CMA Music Fest.

"This has become my favorite way to start off the week of CMA Fest -- golf and music for a great cause," the country star shares on his website. "With the support of our friends at GAC, Gaylord Springs and the Wildhorse Saloon, we'll be able to raise even more for St. Jude. Ever since I made my first visit to the hospital, I was so moved, I knew I needed to be part of it and support it in any way possible. These events allow me to honor the outstanding work of the researchers, doctors and staff at St. Jude and I'm honored to be able to help contribute to their efforts."

There's no word yet on which famous friends will be joining Darius for this year's tournament and concert. Previous guests have included Jamey Johnson, Jake Owen, Rodney Atkins, Justin Moore and Easton Corbin.

The avid golfer, who also hosted the ACM Lifting Lives Celebrity Golf Classic earlier this month, will extend his charitable efforts even further next Friday (April 27), when he headlines the "Divas Nashvegas" show benefiting the Oasis Center.

"Unfortunately, not all families are equipped to provide for their children, but thanks to centers like Oasis, many are given the opportunity to thrive in a safe and supportive environment, despite vulnerable at-home situations," Darius tells The Boot. "Any time I can give back and recognize leading organizations within a community that do all they can to help children, it's an easy choice to support them -- all I'm doing is performing. It's the community that has the ability to really help make a difference."

Tickets for the Darius and Friends concert before CMA Music Fest will be on sale on Saturday, April 21, and can be purchased here. Tickets to next Friday's Divas Nashvegas with Darius can be found here.

The singer-songwriter will have to juggle his charitable efforts with spending time on the road. He is currently on the road with Lady Antebellum's Own the Night tour, as well as headlining several of his own shows. See Darius' full concert schedule here.
