Darius Rucker will kick off his 2015 ACM Awards celebrations by hosting the ACM Lifting Lives Celebrity Golf Classic on April 18.

Kix Brooks, Chris Young, Branch & Dean and Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley are also set to be involved in the star-studded event, which will take place at Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas, Texas, the day before the 50th ACM Awards.

The event will benefit the Diane Holcomb Emergency Relief Fund, which helps ACM Lifting Lives to quickly aid music-related organizations and artists who need unforeseen financial help. A committee made up of ACM Living Lives board members makes decisions as to when funds should be disbursed, including for medical, financial and personal emergencies.

The golf classic is one of many events leading up to the awards show, including a charity motorcycle ride hosted by Dierks Bentley; the "One Night, Two Cities, All Music" benefit gala hosted by Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood; and the Party for a Cause, featuring performances from Eric Church, Alan JacksonKeith UrbanSara EvansBrantley GilbertHunter HayesJake OwenReba McEntireCole SwindellBrooks & DunnLady Antebellum, the Band Perry and more.

Rucker released a new album, Southern Style, on March 31 and will spend the summer out on the road, on his 2015 Southern Style Tour. The trek kicks off in mid-May and features Brett EldredgeBrothers Osborne and A Thousand Horses as special guests.

The 2015 ACM Awards are set to take place on Sunday, April 19. Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan will host the event, which airs live on CBS beginning at 8PM ET, from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
