Danielle Peck Announces Engagement

Danielle Peck has announced that she and her boyfriend Josh Smith will be tying the knot. 

Smith, who is currently on tour with the Eagles working sound, met the 'Findin' a Good Man' singer at a surprise birthday party for Tennessee Titans kicker Rob Bironas.

"We’ve been inseparable ever since! I knew within the first 24hrs that he was 'The One,'" Peck tells CM Chat.

"Josh re-created our first date," she shares about the proposal. "We were talking about how perfect everything has been between us – just like a dream!! And then he got down on one knee and asked me, ‘to make his dream come true' and I said yes!"

Pecks says that despite each of them having successful, travel-heavy careers (in addition to the Eagles, Smith has worked with Madonna and Rihanna), they are very supportive of each other.

"My career is still full steam ahead and is only getting better everyday knowing that I’m loved for who I am and completely believed in," she assures fans.

The couple have not announced a wedding date, but according to a press release, they are considering a small, intimate ceremony some time in 2014.
