Cole Swindell has unveiled a brand-new single, "Break Up in the End;" the song, the first from his upcoming third album, has been released to radio. Readers can press play below to hear the song.

"Break Up in the End" is the ninth single of Swindell's career; his previous four singles from, from his sophomore outing, 2016's You Should Be Here, showcase Swindell's range, from the hard-partying Dierks Bentley collaboration "Flatliner" to the record's poignant title track, which addresses the death of the Swindell's father. Swindell says that ever since the first time he heard "Break Up in the End," which was written by Jon Nite, Chase McGill and Jessie Jo Dillon, he's been anxiously looking forward to being able to share the song.

"I am honored that my songwriting friends trust me with such an amazing message," Swindell says in a press release. "I'm excited and confident in the strength of "Break Up in the End" and it being the first song from my upcoming third album. This is the perfect setup of what's to come."

Swindell has plenty to be excited about these days: In addition to a new single and an album on the way, he kicked off his first-ever headlining Reason to Drink Tour in mid-February. Lauren Alaina and soon-to-be Grand Ole Opry member Chris Janson are joining Swindell on the trek as well.
