Country Music Fans Won’t Want to Miss ‘Country’s Night to Rock’
Miranda Lambert, Eric Church, Luke Bryan -- those are just a few of the country superstars who'll be featured on Wednesday night's (Aug. 3) CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock television special, hosted by Brett Eldredge and Thomas Rhett.
Country's Night to Rock is a contemporary look at country music today, featuring performances from the nightly Nissan Stadium concerts that were part of this year's CMA Music Festival and giving fans a front-row seat to all the fun. If you were able to attend this year's festival, which took place in June in Nashville, you can re-live it (in your home's air conditioning this time around!), and if you missed out, this is your chance to see what some of the biggest names in country music had to offer at the annual event.
The jam-packed show will include appearances from more than two dozen country stars: In addition to Miranda Lambert, Eric Church, Luke Bryan, Brett Eldredge and Thomas Rhett, other acts appearing include Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Florida Georgia Line, Little Big Town, Rascal Flatts, Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, Cole Swindell, Steven Tyler, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban. Plus, viewers will get to see a number of exciting collaborations: Dierks Bentley and Elle King; Luke Bryan with Keith Urban; Brett Eldredge and Thomas Rhett; Lady Antebellum with Cam; Little Big Town and Pharrell Williams; Rascal Flatts with Maren Morris; Steven Tyler with Martina McBride; Hank Williams Jr., Chris Janson and Justin Moore; and Chris Young with Cassadee Pope.
CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock is scheduled to air on ABC tonight at 8|7c; the network first started airing the special in 2004 and will continue to do so until 2021. So, pop the popcorn, turn on the TV and tune in to see some of your favorite country artists tearing up the stage!
