CMA Music Fest Tickets Going on Sale
The 2010 CMA Music Festival is fast approaching! Individual tickets to the star-studded nightly concerts, held June 10 - 13 in downtown Nashville, are set to go on sale this Saturday (April 17) at 11:00 AM ET. Tickets are $30 for general admission in the upper deck of LP Field (plus applicable handling fees). Tickets can be purchased by calling 1-800-CMA-FEST (262-3378) or through any TicketMaster outlet.
Besides enjoying the all-star lineup during this year's festival, Music Fest attendees will also be helping a great cause. Through a partnership with the Nashville Alliance for Public Education, the Country Music Association donates a portion of all ticket proceeds to helping provide needed instruments and music education supplies for young students. To date, the CMA has donated more than $3.3 million toward school music programs for 75,000 Nashville-area students. The philanthropic program, Keep the Music Playing, was founded in 2005 as a way for the CMA Music Festival and participating artists to give back to the community.
Artists currently scheduled to appear at LP Field during the 2010 CMA Music Festival include:
Thursday, June 10 - Jason Aldean, Danny Gokey, Alan Jackson, Lady Antebellum, Tim McGraw and Carrie Underwood
Friday, June 11 - Miranda Lambert, Reba McEntire, Josh Turner and Keith Urban
Saturday, June 12 - Easton Corbin, Billy Currington, Randy Houser, Martina McBride, Rascal Flatts and the Zac Brown Band
Sunday, June 13 - Trace Adkins, Justin Moore, Brad Paisley, Kellie Pickler, Darius Rucker and Blake Shelton
