Clay Walker will be appearing on the 'Today Show' on Christmas Day (Dec. 25) to discuss the Military Warriors Support Foundation.

The foundation, which Walker created with Lt. General Leroy Sisco, has been using funds to reward wounded veterans with mortgage-free homes since 2010. They have donated over 500 homes in 38 states.

Walker will join Sisco on the show to discuss the work of the foundation, and to surprise an Army veteran and Purple Heart recipient with the keys to a home in Antioch, Tenn. The show will also feature an interview with a Marine Corps veteran and Purple Heart recipient who received a home through the foundation in 2012.

The homes they are given are fully renovated to accommodate injuries the veterans may suffer from after serving in the armed forces. Recipients also receive family and financial mentoring for three years to ensure that they are able to be successful home owners.

More information about the program can be found on the foundation's website.

The 'Today Show' airs at 8AM ET/ 7AM CT on ABC.
