Clare Dunn is set to release her debut self-titled EP and host an event to support small farming communities.

Dunn's EP, which is slated for release on Sept. 18, will include her current single, "Move On," plus four additional tracks, all co-written and produced by the country newcomer. A complete track listing is below.

On Sept. 19, Dunn will host her inaugural Heartland Tour show at the Sand and Sage Rodeo Pavilion in Lamar, Colo., near her hometown of Two Buttes. Dunn plans to make the Heartland Tour an annual event that will benefit and help provide exposure for struggling farming communities like the town in which she grew up.

“I couldn’t be more excited to go back to Colorado and perform for the deserving farm communities near my hometown,” Dunn says in a press release. “My farming upbringing has been integral in shaping who I am as an artist, and I am passionate on giving back to the great, hard-working people that make up these communities.”

Tickets for the event are $15 and are on sale now through Dunn's website. All proceeds will go directly back to the surrounding farming communities.

Dunn recently wrapped up a stint on the road opening for Bob Seger. She says that the American rock icon has been one of her biggest influences.

"I just try to do what I think my heroes did, and what I observe them doing," Dunn tells Rolling Stone Country. "To me, I think Seger, the Eagles and Keith [Urban] all followed their sense of direction. When you picked up one of their records, it was undeniably who they were. You felt like when you were listening to Bob, that everything that you were hearing was Bob, and the same with Keith. They were all artists, and they had their own identity in their sound, and in their writing and their performance."

Dunn is also set to join Miranda Lambert on her 2015 Roadside Bars and Pink Guitars Tour this fall, before heading out with Chris Young on his I'm Coming Over Tour. A complete list of upcoming dates can be found at ClareDunn.com.

“I hadn’t seen her before — but I’m a fan now," Lambert says of Dunn. "You don’t see that many women who get up there and really slay a guitar and play some real rock ‘n’ roll country."
