Carrie Underwood has reached No. 1 on the Top Country Albums chart with her 'Greatest Hits: Decade #1' album, making it her fifth consecutive album to top the charts.

The 25-song collection's first-week of sales rounded out at 94,000, according to Nielsen SoundScan, making it the best-selling hits collection debut by an artist in any genre of music in more than six years. Underwood's record also debuted at No. 4 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart.

It's not surprising that the country beauty has gone five for five. The 'American Idol' winner is the most successful of any of the show's contestants.

"One of the most spectacular elements of Carrie Underwood’s career continues to be the sheer depth and breadth of her music, whatever the subject matter, from the most nuanced performances to songs that just blow the roof off," says Gary Overton, Sony Music's chairman and CEO. "With her 'Greatest Hits' package debuting at No.1, and ‘Something in the Water’ already a massive hit, it’s an incredible testament to how profoundly Carrie’s songs have connected with fans over the past 10 years, as well as the awesome promise of the decades of music still to come.”

The record, released on Dec. 9, includes two discs of music. Among the selections are two new songs -- the gold-certified and Grammy-nominated 'Something in the Water' and 'Little Toy Guns' -- a bunch of Underwood's big hits and previously unreleased versions of four tunes.
