Carrie Underwood is set to headline the 2016 Country to Country Festival, Europe's largest country music festival.

Underwood will be heading across the pond for three shows around Europe -- March 11 at Glasgow's Clyde Auditorium, March 12 at the O2 Arena in London and March 13 at Dublin's 3 Arena. 2016 marks the event's first year in Glasgow and its third in Dublin.

"Carrie Underwood helped establish the event in our first year and the creation of the biggest celebration of country music outside North America," C2C's Chris York says in a press release. “Country to Country is delighted to welcome [her] back to the event as headliner in our fourth year. In addition to London O2 we are delighted to have her help launch our inaugural Glasgow event and our third year of C2C in Dublin."

The festival's full lineup will be released at a launch party on Oct. 6 at Brooklyn Bowl in London.

Underwood recently returned from a performance at London's Apple Music Festival, marking the first time that a country artist has headlined at the event.

“Playing in the UK is always such a thrill!” she says of her trips to the area.

The singer is set to release her latest album, Storyteller, on Oct. 23, featuring her new single ”Smoke Break." The project is available for pre-order on Amazon.
