Brad Paisley and rockers Bon Jovi are using their star power to help bring attention -- and tourists -- back to the Alabama Gulf Coast after the devastating oil spill. Two free concerts, dubbed 'Reclaiming Our Beaches,' will be held on the beach over the weekend of October 15-17 in Gulf Shores, Ala. Bon Jovi take the stage performing on Friday, October 15, and Brad's performance will take place on Sunday, October 17. The two shows signify the next installments of Alabama's Concerts for the Coast event series.

Both shows are free to the public, but will be ticketed events. Tickets will be available next week (Wednesday, September 8) through Gulf Shores and Orange Beach lodging partners. For a list of accommodations offering reservation packages with free tickets, click here.

The Concerts from the Coast series kicked off with Jimmy Buffett & Friends: Live from the Gulf Coast in July which drew 35,000 fans to Gulf Shores' public beach. The next concert series will be held later this month (September 25) with performances by Hank Williams Jr. and Gretchen Wilson at the Wharf in Orange Beach. The concert series was created to offer much-needed economic support to the troubled gulf area, drawing visitors from around the country and stimulating the local economy which had been damaged by the oil spill.
