Brad PaisleyBrad Paisley will take time off from his H2O World Tour this weekend to spend even more time out on the water, headlining the annual AquaPalooza event. With his current No. 1 hit appropriately titled 'Water,' Brad says he was a natural fit for the day-long celebration.

"It's pretty wild," the country superstar tells GAC. "Alan Jackson did it last year, and I loved what I saw. When they came to me this year -- I don't know whose idea that it was to ask me, but it's good timing. I was thrilled to get to do that. It's right up my alley, and it's so perfect for this. There's something about seeing these people sitting on inner tubes and boats in the middle of a lake listening to you play that I just can't think of a better setting to play a music program."

Joining Brad at AquaPalooza will be 'Lover, Lover' singer, Jerrod Niemann, who is already anticipating a good -- and painful -- time. "After I get done playing, I'm probably gonna sit back in a redneck lawn chair, chug a six-pack of beer, and then just listen to every darn note Brad Paisley sings, and enjoy it, and have a blast in Texas," he says. "I probably will wake up with fourth-degree burns."

The event will be held this Saturday, July 10, at Lake Travis in Austin, Texas. Other performers include Lee Brice, Matt Stillwell and Joanna Smith. Brad's H2O World Tour runs through September 30. Click here for dates.
